Paddleboard and Kayak Tours

Lake Powell is a paddler’s dream. With the majestic canyon walls and incredible slot canyons, it is unlike anywhere else on earth. From short tours for beginners to longer  adventures Lake Powell Paddleboards will take you to some of the world’s most amazing places to SUP (Stand-up Paddle) or kayak here at Lake Powell.

Antelope Canyon is world-renowned for it’s incredible slot canyon, but few have seen it from the water. We paddle from the Antelope Point Boat ramp into the canyon where you will be floating in a deep canyon with beautiful red cliffs surrounding you.

We offer 2 morning kayak or paddleboard tours, and 1 afternoon kayak tour.

Tour Times:

Morning tours meet at the shop between 5:30-5:45 am or 8:30-8:45 am and afternoon tours meets at 12:45pm. (NOTE: The best experience is the early tour due to weather and boat traffic!)

TIME and TIME ZONE:

All times on our site and confirmations are in ARIZONA TIME (Summer time: Same time as Pacific Time; Winter time Same time as Mountain Time. – No Daylight Saving Time – Not Utah Time – Not Navajo Nation Time). Because the Utah State Line is less than 7 miles away, cell phone towers from Utah (and the surrounding Navajo Nation) often will be the wrong time! Do yourself a favor and do like the locals do: Manually set your cell phone to PHOENIX, AZ time.

How it works:

We will meet you at the shop at the designated time where you will fill out your paperwork and we will tell give you a map and all the information for the tour. You will then drive from the shop to the Antelope Point Boat Launch. The drive is approximately 11 miles (17.7 km), where we will enter the park and launch. You can choose either a paddleboard or a kayak to use on the morning tours.  Only kayaks are available for afternoon tours. We offer only small supervised groups, and you can use a kayak or paddleboard- your choice! Just let us know when you reserve which you prefer. For afternoon tours they are on kayaks only.
