Y'all it's hot out there. Be prepared and make sure you packed enough water and food to keep you fueled up for your adventure. We recommend at least one gallon of water per person. Electrolytes to help keep you going. As well as snacks high in protein, fiber and carbs that will help boost energy.

If you are wondering what our hiking area is like... Let's just say it's one of a kind! Join us on our guided Kayak & Hike Tour to come and see Antelope Canyon for yourself. What kind of footwear you ask? A sturdy sandal you can get wet, water shoes, or tennis shoes.
