Details

  • Trip Length: 3 Days/2 Nights
  • When: April-June and Sept-October
  • Minimum Age: 6. Children under 12 may not paddle their own kayak or paddleboard and must ride with a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions.

Meet your guide at the LPP&K shop to finalize your gear before heading to the launch point. Drive yourself to meet the boat and captain who will take you on a 40-mile journey to your first destination, Face Canyon. Upon arrival, hop into your kayak and paddle through a breathtaking mix of wide-open desert landscapes and narrow, winding canyons on your way to the evening’s campsite. Spend the night by a cozy campfire, gazing at the Milky Way in the serene desert sky.

Wake up to the tranquility of Labyrinth Canyon’s shores. Begin the day paddling deeper into the canyon, where you’ll embark on a hike to explore the mesmerizing sandstone formations. After your hike, paddle across the bay to your second campsite. Enjoy some downtime on secluded beaches before an evening hike to a viewpoint that offers stunning views of the lake at sunset. Return to base camp for s’mores by the fire and a restful night under the stars.

Savor a slow, peaceful morning at camp before boarding the boat for the return trip. On the way back to the launch, enjoy exploring dramatic canyons by boat. Arrive at the launch point with memories of an unforgettable adventure.

Generally 2-3 days but we do offer custom trips that you can choose the length and location.
We provide high quality double and single sea-kayaks. For single sea-kayaks some experience is preferred.
Yes we can do these tours on paddle boards or kayaks.
We operate on Lake Powell, we have multiple different canyons that we can visit on the lake and we try and pick the best route depending on the water levels that year.
Yes and no. Because we use a boat to go up lake we can always reach areas of the lake that will have great kayaking opportunity.
