Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Lake Powell Paddleboards reserves the right to cancel any tour, lesson or rental prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In the case that we cancel a tour or rental, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel or are unable to participate for any reason, our refund policy is as follows:
  • If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refunds will be made. Same day cancellations are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel is a risk to themselves, to others, or to our property.

Due to the high demand and very limited spaces on tours (10-12 persons max) and the cost to run the tours, we do not issue any refunds for no shows/late/cancellations for any reason within 24 hours of your scheduled departure. If you think you may not be able to make your scheduled departure please reschedule PRIOR to 24 hours before departure by calling AND texting 928-645-4017 AND emailing contact@lakepowellpaddleboards.com. You must make sure that the call or text is received and verified with a verbal response or text back! The same applies for an email cancellation at contact@lakepowellpaddleboards.com  This policy is very strict, please make sure you show up on time or reschedule MORE-THAN 24 hours prior to departure if you think you might not make it. No exceptions will be given without a verifiable emergency room notice.

Pandemic Exception: In lieu of a pandemic like COVID-19 and the Glen Canyon National Park gets shut down by the Park Service all existing reservations will be converted into a voucher for future use at a time of your choosing. No refunds will be given. These vouchers will be good for 2 years.
