Cancellation Policy

Lake Powell Paddleboards reserves the right to cancel any tour, lesson or rental prior to departure for any reason whatsoever. In the case that we cancel a tour or rental, you will receive a full refund. 

 

Weather:

We operate rain or shine.

  • Wind is our biggest safety concern and the most common reason we would cancel. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a risk to guests, staff, or equipment.
  • If we cancel for weather, safety, or operational reasons a full refund is provided. 

 

If you cancel or are unable to participate for any reason, our refund policy is as follows:

  • If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to reservation time, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to your reserved time, no refunds will be made. 
  • Same-day bookings, no shows, late arrivals are not refundable.
  • Same day activity or rental changes are not refundable. 
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule please email your request to info@lakepowellpaddleboards.com. The cancellation notice date is the date the email was received at info@lakepowellpaddleboards.com. No phone cancellations will be accepted. 

 

 

 

Park Closure Policy: In lieu of a pandemic like COVID-19, government shutdown or other circumstances beyond our control and the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area gets shut down by the Park Service all existing reservations will be converted into a voucher for future use at a time of your choosing. No refunds will be given. These vouchers will be good for 2 years.
