- If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refunds will be made. Same day cancellations/no shows are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel is a risk to themselves, to others, or to our property.
Due to the high demand and very limited spaces on tours (11 persons per guide) and the cost to run the tours & rentals, we do not issue any refunds for no shows/late/cancellations for any reason within 24 hours of your scheduled departure. If you think you may not be able to make your scheduled departure please reschedule PRIOR to 24 hours before departure by emailing email@example.com or calling us at 928-645-4017. If you need to cancel your reservation please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no refunds are done over the phone. This policy is very strict, please make sure you show up on time or reschedule MORE-THAN 24 hours prior to departure if you think you might not make it. No exceptions will be given without a verifiable emergency room notice.
