Short Tour: $80-$140 + tips per tour

Long Tour: : $110-$170 + tips per tour

Applicants must be outgoing, enjoy educating & leading a diverse audience, and have a passion for nature. This is a physically demanding job and guides must demonstrate a solid work ethic while being patient, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. Qualified applicants must be able to make proper decisions quickly and calmly in chaotic situations. Extra duties include loading and unloading kayaks and paddleboards as well as maintaining guide gear and customer gear.

Starting Pay: $15/hour

As the first faces our customer’s see, being welcoming, kind and informative are the key qualities we look for in store staff. Duties include answering incoming phone calls, taking reservations, organizing tour and rental manifests and coordinating logistics with tour guides and rental drivers, as well as serving guests in our retail location. Applicants must be comfortable using the computer/internet as well as being familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Solid problem-solving skills are necessary and the ability to work efficiently and quickly is important.

Starting Pay: $15/hour

The main duty for Rental Staff is loading kayaks and paddleboards on and off a trailer for our daily launches and retrievals on Lake Powell. Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning equipment, upkeeping vehicles and keeping track of customers coming and going on the lake. This is a physically demanding position and rental employees will be working outside in the elements. Experience towing trailers is not required, however preference will be given to applicants with experience.
