There is no better way to take in our unique environment than by touring the waterways on a paddleboard. Lake Powell is one of the world’s top rated paddling destinations.
We have high-quality recreational boards to provide newbies and seasoned stand up paddleboard veterans with a quality board that is perfect for a great day on the water.
The best time to paddle is early in the morning! That is when conditions are the best.
How it works:
Come into the shop in downtown Page.
We will give you maps and all the information you will need to have a great time on the water. We help you load the boards on your car and show you how to use the simple racks. Our racks will fit on just about any type of car. Most of our customers come in rental cars so it’s no problem to safely put them on your car without any damage. Daily and multi-day rentals available.
Summer hours are 8 am to 6 pm daily.
Paddleboards are $45.00 per day, and 3 or more days are $35.00 per day.
We rent by the day, not the hour so can enjoy the boards all day!
NOTE: The entrance fee to the National Park is $30 per vehicle to access the lake which is collected at the Glen Canyon National Park entrance stations unless you have an annual National Park pass. The pass is good for 7 days and is per vehicle, not per person. We do not collect this fee at the shop. They do take credit cards at the stations. Passes from other Parks like the Grand Canyon are not valid here so you will need to purchase a pass here.
All boards come with an adjustable carbon fiber paddle, a leash, life jacket, and car racks for transporting. If you have not paddleboarded before, just let us know and we will give you an introductory lesson at the shop so you have the best possible experience. We also recommend taking our beginner paddleboard tour!
We do offer tours which include your rental equipment. Reservations are required for tours.

Please review the safety tips listed on our website prior to your visit:
Lake Powell Paddleboards rents only lightweight, rigid boards from Bounce, Surftech, Bic, Riviera and Art in Surf, and adjustable carbon fiber paddles to fit each person correctly. Our boards are lightweight fiberglass boards so they can be easily transported. No heavy plastic boards here!
All rentals include car racks that fit just about any type of car.
We have kayak rentals available also. See Kayak Rentals
We also rent wetsuits for cold weather paddling.
We are able to do deliveries of paddleboards and kayaks at the Antelope Point Boat Ramp. Please call for more information.
NOTE: Park Service regulations require all operators 14 years of age or older to have a Type III adult USCG-approved life jacket (also known as Personal Floatation Device or PFD) either attached to the vessel or on the operator’s person. All children under 13 years old are required to wear a USCG-approved life jacket at all times while on the water. Life Jackets and leashes must be worn during lessons.
