  • Includes a double sit-on kayak, life jacket (PFD), paddle, dry bag, splash gear in colder season.
  • Trip Length: 3 Days/2 Nights
  • April-June and Sept-October
  • Minimum Age: 6. Children under 12 may not paddle their own kayak or paddleboard and must ride with a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions.

Meet at the Lake Powell Paddleboards shop around 8 am for your trip. Here you will go over a last minute rundown of gear and meet the wonderful folks you’ll be setting off on this multi-day Lake Powell trip with. Then head to Wahweap Marina to catch our water taxi to take you up to base camp 15 miles up lake where you will enjoy Lunch, set up camp and spend the afternoon exploring the place we will be calling home for 3 days by foot and kayak. Spend dinner soaking up the beauty of a Lake Powell sunset before a good night’s rest to prepare for more adventure.

Wake up to the sunrise on the shore and fuel with a fresh breakfast and pack up a bagged lunch for a fun filled day starting with a paddle and hiking exploration of Labyrinth Canyon. Spend the afternoon beating the heat with more swimming and paddling in the surrounding bays and canyons. Learn about the incredible natural history of Lake Powell and its one of a kind rock formations before arriving back at base camp for dinner and some of the country’s most incredible star gazing.

Eat one more lakeside breakfast while enjoying the slow pace of a kayak camping Lake Powell morning, begin packing base camp into the kayak preparing to soak in the last of our paddle adventures. Meet our water taxi at the pick up point for a boat lunch and the trek back to the marina. Arrive back to exchange photos and stoke on your epic trip! Maybe even swing back to the shop for some swag to help remember your Lake Powell kayak camping adventure.

Generally 2-3 days but we do offer custom trips that you can choose the length and location.
We provide high quality double and single sea-kayaks. For single sea-kayaks some experience is preferred.
Yes we can do these tours on paddle boards or kayaks, generally we don’t like to mix them unless it is within the same group.
We operate on Lake Powell, we have multiple different canyons that we can visit on the lake and we try and pick the best route depending on the water levels that year.
Yes and no. Because we use a boat to go up lake we can always reach areas of the lake that will have great kayaking opportunity.
