Cancellation Policy

• If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refunds will be made. 
• Same day cancellations/no shows are not refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please email your request to info@lakepowellpaddleboards.com. The cancellation notice date is the date the email was received at info@lakepowellpaddleboards.com. No phone cancellations will be accepted. 

Pandemic Exception: In lieu of a pandemic like COVID-19 and the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area gets shut down by the Park Service all existing reservations will be converted into a voucher for future use at a time of your choosing. No refunds will be given. These vouchers will be good for 2 years.
