SUP Yoga

Welcome to Lake Powell’s ONLY SUP Yoga Fitness Class

Dedicate some time to yourself to release your stresses & worries on beautiful Lake Powell! We will unwind while we connect with nature & with ourselves as we flow through a gentle yoga practice & meditation while floating on a paddleboard.


When: Classes will be offered early morning, twice a week. Starting mid March.  Class duration is one hour and 30 minutes.


Where: Meeting & launching at Wahweap Main Boat Ramp 


Price: $35 if you bring your own SUP $45 if you need to rent one


What’s Included: SUP anchor, PFD (SUP & Paddle, if not bringing own)


What to Bring: Water & Yourself! Brit will be taking some photos during the class so feel free to leave your phone on shore, and Brit will have a dry bag on her board so you can place keys/phones in if needed. Best to have less to obstruct your practice on your board!


What to Wear: Wear layers – quick-dry workout clothes work best
(typically synthetic materials, definitely not cotton)  – nothing bulky!

Other Things to Note: Class is subject to weather conditions, availability is limited and spots must be reserved in advance (24 hours at least), $30 park fee necessary to get into the park (not included in class cost and cannot be purchased through us – get it at the fee booth on your way into the park) or have your “America the Beautiful” Annual Nat’l Parks Pass, etc.
